Philadelphia Java Co. offers respite from the bustle of nearby South Street. Inside is a cozy space with exposed brick walls and magazines and newspapers to peruse while you sip a favorite caffeinated beverage with a bagel or scone. Or you can dine alfresco on the cafe's signature labneh, an open-face sandwich with creamy Lebanese yogurt topped with green olives and olive oil.
