Fodor's Review:
Near the University of Pennsylvania, this hotel is a welcome sight for anyone needing to stay in University City. The hotel, with a grand staircase in the lobby, has a warm atmosphere. Up-to-date amenities abound, such as two phone lines, two-tiered work areas, digital temperature control, and high-speed Internet access. There's also a small fitness room. The Penne Restaurant features regional Italian cuisine and an extensive wine list. Rates rise at certain times, including graduations.
