Simple and unprepossessing, this pleasant family-run Thai outpost cooks all the usual Thai dishes as well as an array of more unusual ones (for this country, at least), including venison and wild boar. Pad thai is particularly well prepared, with a fine meld of flavors. The family is fun to talk with, and the proprietor and his wife are helpful both to novices and to experts exploring unfamiliar dishes on the menu.
