Palm
Palm Review
Local movers and shakers broker deals here in the beige space off the lobby of the Park Hyatt at the Bellevue and beneath their own caricatures hanging on the wall. The steak-house ambience comes complete with bare floors, harried waiters, and huge steaks, chops, and salads whizzing by. The flavorful New York strip steak is fine at dinner, and the stupendous steak sandwich (no relation to a cheesesteak) is a lunchtime value.
