The reasonable price is the main attraction at this 10-story hotel. Tucked among several busy streets, the location has more noise than charm—but if you have a room on an upper floor facing the river, you can enjoy a good view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge lighted up at night. A bar helps enliven the small, nondescript lobby. The courtesy van service to Center City is a nice plus.

Room was older, dusty, lamp in corner was decorative (no outlet nearby)cord wrapped neatly about base, bath slightly moldy. Prkg. very convenient. Staff pleasant - a plus. But it was a room... Bfast was okay and historical sites in easy walking distance (1-2 miles roundtrip) in nice/eclectic neighborhoods. Not so safe looking at nite tho...
