RiverLink Ferry

Fodor's Review:

This passenger ferry makes a 12-minute trip across the Delaware River; it travels back and forth between the Independence Seaport Museum at Penn's Landing and Camden's waterfront attractions, including the New Jersey State Aquarium, the Camden Children's Museum, and the Battleship New Jersey. You can get a picturesque view of Philadelphia's skyline and the Ben Franklin Bridge. Besides its daytime schedule, the ferry runs express service before and after Tweeter Center concerts and Camden Riversharks baseball games.

  • Cost: $6 round-trip
  • Open: May-Oct., daily; departs from Camden on half hr 9:30-5:30; last ferry at 6:30 on Fri., Sat., and Sun.; from Philadelphia on hr 10-6, last ferry at 7 on Fri., Sat., and Sun.
