Society Hill Playhouse

Fodor's Review:

For more than 40 years, this small off-Broadway-style theater, just off South Street, has mounted original plays. Their Lafferty's Wake, a musical about a rowdy Irish funeral service, played for four years. The main stage is for contemporary works; the Second Space Cabaret Theater has musical comedies.
