Like many of its better known neighbors in the Dundee Hills, White Rose Estate produces elegant pinot noir that reflects the land where it is grown. In addition to their own estate vineyard, they purchase grapes from several highly regarded vineyards around the Willamette Valley. They describe their wines as "neo-classical," using traditional techniques in the vineyard, and state of the art equipment and handling in the winery. Somewhat unusual for Oregon, most of the
wines have a fairly high percentage of whole clusters included during fermentation, giving the wines more complexity and a bit of spice.
