Fodor's Review:
Along the Clackamas River and only 45 minutes from Portland, Milo McIver State Park is a popular rafting, canoeing, and kayaking area. There's also a 27-hole disc golf course. An annual Civil War reenactment is staged here in April; 300 actors participate. Camping permitted: 44 electrical $17; 9 walk-in tent $15.
