Monteith House Museum

Fodor's Review:

The first frame house in Albany was Monteith House, built in 1849. Now the Monteith House Museum, restored and filled with period furnishings and historic photos, it is widely thought to be the most authentic restoration of a Pacific Northwest pioneer-era home.
