Hendricks Park Review

This quiet park east of the University of Oregon is at its most glorious in May, when its towering rhododendrons and azaleas blossom in shades of pink, yellow, red, and purple. From the university's Franklin Boulevard gate, head south on Agate Street, east on 19th Avenue, south on Fairmont Boulevard, and east on Summit Avenue.

    Lush Green Quiet Beauty

Hendricks Park is a quiet place to get away and take a walk or bike ride in a lush green park, with towering trees and beautiful flowers. The paths and roads are sometimes steep, so it's not for everyone. Or, if you need a beautiful setting to just meditate, Hendricks Park is perfect.
