The seed for this phenomenal bakery began when Rob Pounding, owner and chef for Blackfish Café, couldn't find any hamburger buns that met his standards. Now his bakery publishes a weekly bread schedule so customers will know when to buy the freshest sourdough, olive ciabatta, rye, or brioche with raisins.
