Sandlake Country Inn

Fodor's Review:

Tucked into a bower of old roses on 2 acres, this intimate bed-and-breakfast is in a farmhouse built of timbers that washed ashore from a shipwreck in 1890. It is listed on the Oregon Historic Registry and filled with antiques. The Timbers Suite has a massive, king-size wood canopy bed, wood-burning fireplace, and two-person jetted tub; the Starlight Suite occupies four rooms on the second floor and includes a canopy queen bed and double-sided fireplace. A four-course breakfast is delivered to the door. Pros: A very pretty, comfortable stay. Cons: Probably not a great place to bring the kids.
