One of the Oregon coast's oldest commercial smokehouses, Josephson's uses alderwood for all processing and specializes in Pacific Northwest chinook and coho salmon. You can choose mouthwatering selections of fish smoked on the premises, including hot smoked pepper or wine-maple salmon, as well as smoked halibut, sturgeon, tuna, oysters, mussels, scallops, and prawns by the pound or in sealed gift packs.
