Fodor's Review:

Friendliness, cleanliness, and convenience are bywords of the Hillcrest, which is only one block from both the beach and the convention center, and three blocks from the downtown area's restaurants and shops. You're welcome to use the picnic tables, lawn chairs, and even the barbecue on the grounds. Pros: Simple, affordable and near Seaside's beach and essentials. Cons: No frills except for Wi-Fi and laundry.
