Altitude Review

The flagship restaurant at the Resort at the Mountain is a little schizophrenic, aiming for a sleek, modernist concept in a dining room that's filled with booths and bad hotel art. Don't let that stop you, though, as the kitchen ably handles standards like short ribs and New York strip steak, along with a few adventurous dishes like foie gras custard. The adjacent lounge has fun, lighter fare (try the poutine), along with a few good specialty cocktails.
