With a name like "Tartans," you'd better have an impressive assortment of single-malt Scotches—happily, they do. Pictures of golf courses abound in the two fireplace anterooms. You can choose to dine in the Tartans Room, with views of the lush, green golf course, or the 18-chair Cellar Room for a more intimate setting. This classy-casual dining spot specializes in wild game (venison, buffalo), Oregon salmon, and crab. There's an inexpensive kids' menu, and breakfast is also available.
