Weasku Inn Review

Although posh in a country-chic sort of way, the rambling Weasku Inn fits in perfectly with its piney surroundings—the rambling timber-frame home overlooking the Rogue River was built as a vacation retreat in 1924, and has hosted the likes of Walt Disney, Clark Gable, and Carol Lombard. In 1998 the owners added 11 handsomely outfitted cabins and restored an original A-frame bungalow to create the boutique resort that today ranks among the most luxurious accommodations between Ashland and Eugene. Pacific Northwest-inspired art, handmade furnishings, and fabrics fill the accommodations, which range from smaller doubles in the main lodge to romantic Jacuzzi suites with deep tubs and separate slate-wall walk-in showers. Many units have private decks with rocking chairs overlooking the river. A complimentary wine reception is offered each night.
