This busy Asian diner in the heart of Portland's bohemian Hawthorne neighborhood has an extensive menu of Vietnamese stir-fries, noodles, soups, and Thai favorites. Be prepared to wait for and at your table: the place is often packed, and service is famously slow. But the food and generous portions are worth the wait.
