Fodor's Review:
Enjoy the bouillabaisse or one of the inventive Mediterranean seafood entrées at this tranquil Hawthorne restaurant. The pan-seared scallops with mushrooms are the signature dish. Next door is the more casual Cafe Castagna (503/231-9959), a bistro and bar open nightly serving pizzas and other slightly less expensive, lighter fare.
