Saucebox Review
Creative pan-Asian cuisine and cocktails, served to a DJ-spun soundtrack, draw the crowds to this swanky restaurant and nightspot near the big downtown hotels. An impressive and colorful 24-foot painting titled Evolution spans the wall over the long, narrow, closely packed space, and mirrored walls meet your gaze at eye level. The menu includes Korean baby back ribs, Thai red curry, and roasted salmon with Indonesian sauce. The happy hour menu, featuring items like crispy brussels sprouts, papaya salad, and burgers, is popular as well.
