Fodor's Review:
PBS cooking-show star Caprial Pence serves Northwest-inspired creations at her bustling, brightly lit bistro with an open kitchen, full bar, and velvet armchairs. The dinner menu changes monthly and is limited to four or five choices, which have included pan-roasted salmon as well as smoked and grilled pork loin chop. The wine "wall" (you pick the bottle) has more than 200 varieties.
