Doug Fir Restaurant

Doug Fir Restaurant Review

With giant log walls accented by brick and glass, the Doug Fir resembles a modern lumberjack hangout. Add a selection of hearty, homey dishes, and you've got a fun, eclectic restaurant. For breakfast, the menu offers egg scrambles and French toast with bourbon currant compote; for lunch, big hearty sandwiches including the signature hamburger at lunchtime; and for dinner, entrées like grilled Idaho trout and pork chops. The adjoining bar and patio are open all day long, and the intimate concert venue downstairs hosts a different rock band almost every night of the week.
