Tantalizing dishes of the east meet the stylistic panache of the west at this highly polished establishment. Beauty is in the details, from stainless steel chopsticks to delicate orchids; it's also present in the artful twists of traditional favorites, such as crispy prawns with honeyed walnuts or spicy sesame beef served with sweet sauce and topped with roasted sesame seeds.
