Choose from a vast selection of innovative Italian tapas -- such as the spinach gnocchi covered in tomoto-basil fondue or Oregon mushroom risotto with white truffle oil -- in one of the most prime dining locations in Portland. Gaze out the windows at the Willamette River while sipping on a glass of Italian Syrah chosen from an impressive wine list. There are plenty of cushy couches to lounge in for happy hour, but if the weather's nice, sit outside on the deck.
