The chef's personal favorite is the kalatsounia (spinach, fresh dill, and green onions rolled inside philo dough). Other surprising standouts are the Lahano Salata(thinly sliced cabbage and shaved fennel, toasted almonds, and lemon paprika dressing) and the Makaronia me Kima (ground beef simmered with peppers, onion, tomatoes, zucchini, and garlic served over spaghetti).
