Podnah's Pit BBQ Review

This nondescript little storefront diner hardly even declares itself with outdoor signage—but don't be fooled—the Texas- and Carolina-style dishes at Podnah's are the stuff big boy barbecues are made of. Melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, ribs, chicken, and lamb are all slow-smoked on hardwood and served up in a sassy vinegar-based sauce.
