Fodor's Pacific Northwest
This casual yet elegant restaurant delivers delicious, thin-crusted pizzas and wood-grilled specialties (even desserts) from their signature oven. Pies come topped with garnishings like shiitake mushrooms, housemade mozzarella, and arugula or Calabrese salami, pickled peppers, and honey. Pasta and meat entrées and salads round out the menu. Though large and windowed, the dining room still manages to feel warm and cozy. Reservations are recommended.
