The hops- and ivy-covered, century-old industrial building seems out of place among its neighbors, but once inside you'll be clear about the business here: frothy pints of BridgePort's ale, brewed on the premises. The India Pale Ale is a specialty, but a treat for the indecisive is the seven-glass sampler that might also include "Old Knucklehead," the brewery's barley wine-style ale. Seafood, chicken, steak, pasta, salads, and small plates are served for lunch and dinner, as well as pub favorites. In summer the flower-festooned loading dock is transformed into a beer garden.
