Renovated-garage chic and a pleasant outdoor patio create a casual atmosphere for enjoying an unusual combination of ingredients. Spicy togorashi chicken is roasted with sesame seeds, chilies, and orange peel, and topped with a ginger demi-glace. Vegetarian entrées might be tofu, spinach, and coconut-tomato-basil curry.
