Cha!Cha!Cha! Taqueria

Cha!Cha!Cha! Taqueria Review

Part of a local chain, this order-at-the-counter Mexican joint takes cuisine you'd find on a taco truck in L.A. or southern Mexico and puts it on a plate in the Pearl. Sourcing from fresh and naturally raised local ingredients, the extensive menu includes a number of tasty vegetarian and vegan options, as well as a wide selection of meaty burritos, tacos, and enchiladas—think carnitas (braised pork), chile colorado (slow-cooked beef in guajillo chile sauce), chile verde (tender pork in tomatillo sauce), and white fish with cabbage habanero salsa. Ask for your burrito "mojado," and it'll come smothered in enchilada sauce, melted cheese, guacamole, and pico de gallo. The margaritas are a must.
