Le Bouchon

Fodor's Review:

A warm, jovial waitstaff make Francophiles feel right at home at this French bistro in the Pearl District, which serves classic French cuisine for lunch and dinner. Duck confit, truffle chicken, bouillabaisse, and escargot are all cooked to perfection by chef Claude Musquin. And for dessert, chocolate mousse is a must-try.
