Everything on the menu here is meat-, dairy-, and egg-free, right down to house-made cheeses (made from nuts), baked goods, and organic beer and wine. Chill music swirls through the sleek, airy interior, filled at lunchtime with office workers queued up for such sophisticated sandwiches as quinoa burgers, corned seitan Reubens, and vegan BLTs. It also has soups, salads, hot dishes, and fair-trade coffee. In the evenings there's a dinner buffet, and breakfast is served Saturday mornings.
