Fodor's Review:

Tanner Creek, which once flowed through the area, lends its name to Portland's newest park, created in 2005. Today this creek flows underground, and this quiet, manmade wetland and spring with alder groves was built in the middle of the Pearl District as a reminder of Portland's vanishing watersheds.
