KOIN Center Review

An instant landmark after its completion in 1984, this handsome pink tower with a tapering form and a pyramidal top takes its design cues from early art deco skyscrapers. Made of brick with limestone trim and a blue metal roof, the tower has offices (including those of the CBS-TV affiliate and a radio station) and, on its top floors, expensive condominiums. OCT 2009
