Bernie's Southern Bistro Review
You definitely won't find finer soul food in Portland. Made of fresh, organic ingredients, the healthy portions here are in a different realm from that of your garden-variety fried chicken. Other specialties include crisp fried green tomatoes, crawfish, and catfish, in addition to delectable collard greens and black-eyed peas. The inside of the restaurant is painted in warm orange, and the lush outdoor patio is a Portland favorite.
