Lion and the Rose Victorian Bed & Breakfast Inn Review

Oak and mahogany floors, original light fixtures, and a coffered dining-room ceiling set a tone of formal elegance in this 1906 mansion, while the wonderfully friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable innkeepers make sure that you feel perfectly at home. In a beautiful residential neighborhood, you're a block from the shops and restaurants that fill Northeast Broadway and an easy walk from a MAX ride downtown. The innkeepers serve a hearty home-cooked breakfast and set out fresh-baked treats every afternoon. All rooms have private bathrooms. While children under 10 are not permitted in the main house, the basement apartment is perfect for families. Check the website for good last-minute rates.
