Oregon Maritime Center and Museum

Fodor's Review:

Local model makers created most of this museum's models of ships that plied the Columbia River. Contained entirely within the stern-wheeler steamship Portland, docked at the foot of Southwest Pine Street on the seawall in Tom McCall Waterfront Park, this small museum provides an excellent overview of Oregon's maritime history. Starting spring 2008 visitors will benefit by the museum's extensive remodels.
