This comfortable, art deco–tinged room with two bars specializes in wood-fired seafood. The Northwest-influenced menu includes wild king salmon with bacon bread pudding, squash, and pickled peppers, as well as prosciutto-wrapped trout with root vegetables, hazelnuts, and lemon aioli. There's a wide selection of fresh Pacific Northwest oysters, and fine regional wines are available by the glass. Some of the desserts are baked to order.

SouthPark has the best Creme Brulee I've ever had (even better than ones I tried in France) - vanilla specks and just the right amount of hard caramel on top. Try it with their flaming wine after-dinner drink! The atmosphere is relaxing and always polished but hip. It's a little pricey but worth the splurge. Enjoy..
