Although chefs have come and gone, and Portland’s dining scene evolved considerably since Clyde Common opened with much fanfare in 2007, two things remain consistent: the open kitchen turns out European-inspired plates driven by seasonal Oregon-sourced ingredients and revered cocktail master Jeffrey Morgenthaler still makes one of the finest Negronis in Portland.
