Lake Oswego Indoor Tennis Center (2900 S.W. Diane Dr., Lake Oswego. 503/635-5550) has four indoor tennis courts. Portland Parks and Recreation (503/823-7529) operates more than 100 outdoor tennis courts (many with night lighting) at Washington Park, Grant Park, and many other locations. The courts are open on a first-come, first-served basis year-round, but you can reserve one, starting in March, for play May-September. The Portland Tennis Center (324 N.E. 12th Ave., just south of I-84. 503/823-3189) operates four indoor courts and eight lighted outdoor courts. The St. John's Racquet Center (7519 N. Burlington Ave., St. John's. 503/823-3629) has three indoor courts.
