Pendleton Woolen Mills

Pendleton Woolen Mills Review

Inspired by Native American designs, the three Bishop brothers reopened an inactive mill in 1909 with the town's blessing. Still going strong, the Pendleton Woolen Mills continue to produce high-quality Indian blankets, Pendleton shirts and sportswear, all famous for their colors, warmth and durability. If you want to know more about the weaving process, the company gives 20-minute tours, 4 times daily. The mill's retail store stocks blankets and clothing; note that there are also some good bargains available on factory seconds.
