Ukiah-Dale Forest State Scenic Corridor

Ukiah-Dale Forest State Scenic Corridor Review

The North Fork of the John Day River and Camas Creek, which flow through this forested park, have excellent trout, steelhead, and salmon fishing. Three miles southwest of Ukiah, it's quite a hike from Pendleton, but if you want to camp in the Umatilla National Forest or are heading as far as Ukiah on a day of scenic driving, be sure to check it out. The campground has 27 primitive sites.
