Farewell Bend State Park

Farewell Bend State Park Review

This large park on the Snake River's Brownlee Reservoir includes historic markers and displays describing the relevance of this point on the Oregon Trail, where pioneers left their route along the Snake River to head inland to Oregon City. Recreational activities on the lake include fishing, waterskiing, swimming, and boating. A campground has 101 electrical sites, 30 tent sites, 2 cabins, and a couple of covered wagons (just for show).
