Hale's Restaurant
Hale's Restaurant Review
Rodeo artifacts covering the walls, country music, menus bound in soft brown suede, and dark red leather booths all blend together to give Hale's an upscale feel with a down-home, Old West flair. A Hermiston institution since 1906, Hale's is a dependable choice for prime rib, baby back ribs, steak, and pork chops. Open from 10 am daily, it serves breakfast all day, including some of the weightiest omelets around (using 6 eggs!). A separate lounge is in the back.
