Frazier's
Frazier's Review
Owned by the Hotel Diamond, Frazier's is a small pub-style restaurant in a renovated stone icehouse, the oldest building in Diamond. Burgers, steaks, salads, and sandwiches are served for lunch. Aside from the dinners served in the hotel, this is the only place in town to buy a meal. And as the Bureau of Land Management firefighters can tell you, it's also the only place for many miles to play a game of pool. The unmarked restaurant is found around the back of the Hotel Diamond and often looks like it might not be open, but head on through the doors for some friendly service.
