The only upscale restaurant option inside the park (dinner reservations are essential), the dining room is magnificent, with a large stone fireplace and views of Crater Lake's clear-blue waters. Breakfast and lunch are enjoyable here, but the dinner is the main attraction, with tempting dishes that emphasize local produce and Pacific Northwest seafood—think wild mushroom–and–caramelized onion flatbread and pan-seared wild salmon with seasonal veggies.
