Come for the Red Cactus Margarita—stay for the food. Voted Best Mexican Restaurant in Bend time and again, La Rosa offers classic Mexican combination plates, as well as gourmet lobster-tail enchiladas and grilled prawns wrapped in apple-smoked bacon. There are plenty of vegetarian entrées offered as well. As one fan puts it, "La Rosa es la bomba!" Choose to dine indoors or on the heated patio at either of the restaurant's two locations in Bend (the other, opened in 2013, is at Brookswood Meadow Plaza; it's closed on Monday).
