Barney Prine's Steakhouse & Saloon Review
Prineville is home to a startlingly appealing restaurant and saloon named after one of the town's founders. It's a good place to get a filet mignon, pepper steak, slow-smoked prime rib, 1-pound ribeye steak, or other cuts. Chicken, lamb, fish, and sometimes elk and veal, are also on the menu. The waitstaff is cheerful and attentive, and the ambience is part frontier western, part contemporary.
