A wacky bear and fish motif greets you as you enter the third-generation-owned Cedars. For 56 years the Layman family has been serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner to locals and tourists alike. The chicken-fried steak combo is a breakfast standby, and out of eight different burgers, including a vegetarian Gardenburger, the Logger Burger (loaded with bacon, ham, egg, mushrooms, and cheese) is the favorite. Big-screen TVs and pool tables dominate the lumberjack-themed lounge at the back. If you're thinking about cheese and chips, the hefty Cedars Nachos Supreme (2 sizes, vegetarian on request) is the way to go.
